5 = workers rights aren’t giaranteed.

- Once again, Hispaniola is split in two. Plus, it isn’t like a small change, more like falling off a cliff. The anti-Dominicans are not going to like this. Borneo is more split than Hispaniola, but it’s all the same regarding this.
- The DR is one of the better countries regarding this in the Western Hemisphere. Surpise, surprise…
- When it comes to this, the DR is similar to Spain but ahead of “Nueba Yol.” Many Dominicans are not going to like this. lol

It is a balancing act in regards to workers rights. Too many rights can cause difficult situations for employers, like not being able to get rid of dishonest lazy disruptive employees.

The DR might be one of the worst countries in the world for an employer. Everything in life is a trade off.
The balance toward the dishonest buttheaded employee is unfair, in fact.
