The guy was removing his shirt and was unarmed, absolutely no need for him to be tazed. No clue what he was arrested for and if he is a bad guy, then good that he was arrested, but I didn't see any necessity for him to be tazed. Granted we don't know what happened prior to this video, maybe he was violent towards the police which provoked the police officer to take out the tazer gun, but at the time of the video there certainly was no need. Just my own opinion.

This is still considered by most as a third world country with extremely corrupt cops. They don't need a reason to taze you, it's their policy.
